Hey, I’m Emily! I’m based in Eastern North Carolina, where I live with my husband, our two cats, and a little flower farm we run together. For me, photography is about capturing love in its most honest, meaningful form. Those quiet, unscripted moments that make your day unforgettable are what I love most about weddings.

My journey with photography started in middle school with a cheap point-and-shoot camera. By high school, I was shooting with my first “big” camera. I dreamed of working in film, either behind the camera or as a cinematographer. But life led me to photography, and I’m so grateful it did. Now, I’m dedicated to capturing moments that make your heart skip a beat. I believe love comes in all shapes and sizes, and I’m here to celebrate it all.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me living the quiet life I’ve always dreamed of in our small town of Tarboro, NC. My husband and I run a small flower farm, and I’ve learned so much about sustainability and agriculture along the way. I’m a homebody at heart, but I’m always planning my next road trip. Chances are, I always have a trip planned back to Asheville and the NC mountains (our happy place).

These days, I’m diving back into reading (romance novels are my latest obsession), and I love to drive with the windows down while listening to movie scores. When I’m not lost in a book or soundtrack, you can find me cross stitching nature-themed patterns to add to our gallery wall. And while I’m not the biggest fan of the beach, I have to admit that beach shoots have a certain magic. The light, the breeze, the atmosphere — they always make for stunning photos.

As a photographer, I truly believe every moment matters. Whether it’s a wedding, an intimate elopement, or a milestone with your partner, I’m here to preserve the moments that mean the most to you. My biggest goal is to create timeless images that let you relive your story and the emotions you felt that day.
